Quote-level reframing

This form should clearly represent the quote as a parent record, not an individual door.

Design direction

• Use a large title, simple stacked fields, and a clear order-type selector.
• Keep the persistent bottom CTA.
• Preserve customer/work-order import behavior where available.

Change to enforce

The quote name should represent the whole quote, even if it contains multiple doors and openers. It should not default to “Door 1” style naming anymore.
