Quote-level signature

The screenshot already contains the right disclosure/totals ingredients. In the new IA, those fields should sit on a dedicated quote-level screen and reflect the full quote total, not a single opener or door.

Behavior

• Signature is captured once for the whole quote.
• Subtotal, tax, and total reflect all doors and openers combined.
• This screen is the input source for the final PDF section.
